Orders before 23:00 are shipped the same day.
As soon as the package has been scanned at the relevant depot, a track and trace code will be sent to the specified e-mail address. Didn't receive an email? Then check your unwanted mail and spam box. You can keep an eye on the expected delivery time via the track and trace.
Together with our logistics partners, we strive to deliver your package within 1 to 2 working days. However, delays are sometimes an unavoidable consequence of unforeseen factors. Take into account postal traffic around the holidays and days such as Black Friday.
Does the track and trace show the status delivered but you have not received anything yet? First check whether the package has been delivered to the mailbox or to your immediate and surrounding neighbors.
If you have not received anything 10 working days after shipment and nothing changes on the track and trace, please contact our customer service. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then start a postal investigation into your package and will of course do everything we can to deliver your order.
