Not satisfied or prefer a different size or color? Of course you can always exchange or return your item within the legal 14 days reflection period .
In-store returns are free. (note! the store is a drop-off point, so make sure you bring your package ready for dispatch with a completed return form. The processing of this is done at the head office.)
All other returns are for your own account. You can purchase a return label yourself from a postal company of your choice, for example PostNL or DHL. This can be done both online and at the designated postal points. The costs for this are on average between 4 and 7 euros, depending on the size of the package.

You can download our return form below. NB; this one should be included. Without a return form, we cannot find out which order it concerns and we cannot process and refund your return. If you do not have a printer available, a handwritten note with the requested information from the return form also applies.

You can include multiple orders in a return. It is important that the return forms of the various orders are enclosed, so that we have all the necessary information to process the shipment.
Do you want to exchange the item for another size, color or similar item of the same price? Then you can indicate this on the return form. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will send the new item to you free of charge.
NB! Sale items, under the heading SALE , we do not accept returns. Sale items may be exchanged for a different size or another item of the same price. You can indicate this on the return form, as mentioned above. On the website you can see if an item is available if you click on the desired size. If you do not indicate anything on the return form, we will create a gift voucher for you worth the amount of the returned sale items. You will receive the gift voucher by email and can be redeemed in the webshop. The gift voucher is valid indefinitely and valid on all items in the webshop.
We process returns within a maximum of 14 days from the time it has reached us. The return amount will be refunded via the payment method you used.
You can check whether the returned package has arrived with us via the track and trace. Returning is at your own risk. We therefore always recommend that you send your package with a track and trace code and keep it safe until your return has been processed and refunded. Without a track and trace code, no investigation can be started into missing returns and we cannot refund your return.
We would like to ask you to wait for the 14-day processing after the return shipment has been delivered to us. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed. If you have not received a message 14 days after receipt, please contact us.
We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.

Have you received a wrong or damaged item? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org, send your order number & a photo of the item in question, and we will look for a suitable solution.
Did you buy something in the store? Then the handling also goes through the store. Take the item in question to the store where you purchased it.
